Conversion works at 162 Church Path are well underway. The property has been cleared of all furniture and walls have been removed where necessary. New stud work and steels are being erected. We expect the 6 flats to be ready for viewings as of 1st September 2017.
Planning for 13a Queen St, Deal has been submitted to convert the former GP surgery into 4 flats. Plans have also been submitted for three new build houses on the existing car park. We anticipate the planning to be decided shortly. Works will commence as soon as planning has been granted.
